Drawing Blood with Simon Grennan
From 10am to noon on October 30th from 10am to noon.
Join artist Simon Grennan, the man behind Drawing Blood, Drawing Poison, Drawing Fire, whose collage class offers a unique opportunity to work with Victorian materals.
The Drawing Blood project saw Simon re-imagine and re-invigorate Victorian satirical drawings by layering his cartoons on top to produce vivid animations.
Attendees will have the chance to do something similar, using authentic Victorian magazines.
Simon said: "Although the Victorian images aren't rare, these aren't things that you would often come across, so this is a rare opportunity to experiment with them.
"The idea is for you to create your own exciting visual stories using Victorian magazines and print, collage and drawings."
