Following a successful Bewitching Shakespeare course in 2023, Emma Rees is back with Enchanting Shakespeare 

Emma Rees was Gladstone’s Library’s Political Writer in Residence in 2016. She is professor of literature and gender studies at the University of Chester, and she has taught Shakespeare and Renaissance literature in universities for over 20 years. In 2017 she finally achieved her goal of seeing every one of Shakespeare’s 37 plays live on stage at least once; she ran her first weekend course, Taming Shakespeare, at Gladstone’s Library in May 2018.  

 

Package includes: Tea and coffee as part of refreshment breaks, Dinner on Friday and Saturday,  

Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. All delegates are resident and will settle on departure. 

One delegate in a single ensuite: £400 (or £304 with a student, clergy or Society of Authors discount)  

Two delegates in a twin or double: £620 (or £500 with discounts)    

One delegate in a double or twin occupancy: £460 (or £360 with discount)  

One delegate and one non-delegate guest in a twin or double: £550 (or £450 with discount)
