Are you looking to showcase your business in a new area? The stunning setting of Gladstone's Library is the perfect place.
Gladfest is a boutique literature festival that has run since 2013. While talks and workshops take place inside the Grade-I listed building, the back lawn is given over to a craft market with café and relaxation area. Previous years have featured choir and theatre performances, and last year's visitor attendance was around 2,000. This year the market will be bigger and better, in a larger marquee and with a greater range of stalls.
This year the Gladfest Market Place will be open Saturday, 3rd and Sunday, 4th September at Gladstone's Library, Church Lane, Hawarden, Flintshire, CH5 3DF.
With single and double pitches available, we aim to showcase the highest in contemporary and traditional crafts: ceramic and glass, fibre and textiles, stone crafts, leather work, paper crafts, flower crafts, needlework, wax craft, wood, furniture and clothes.
There will also be a range of small businesses, local produce, arts and entertainment!
A single pitch for both days is priced at £75 and for one day £40. A double pitch for both days is priced at £150 and for one day £80. These prices include VAT. Stallholders are welcome to stay 10am - 6pm.
