Our meeting rooms are available for hire on a flexible basis, either on a room-only option or as part of an all-inclusive package that features catering, refreshments, and accommodation. These spaces can be reserved for morning, afternoon, or evening sessions and can be customised to fit your specific requirements.
As a venue we offer:

For those groups requiring a worship space, the Chapel can be made available but this must be discussed and reserved at the time of booking.
The Chapel can also be available for spiritual, mindful, and educational purposes, accommodating up to 35 attendees and 2 presenters. Please note that food and drink service is not permitted in this space. Please discuss this with our team.

Access
Wheelchair access is available into the building and throughout the ground floor. We also have an accessible toilet cubicle. We have facilities for deaf and hearing-impaired guests, including a Deafgard vibrating fire alarm system and Comfort Contego hearing loops for any guests attending courses, workshops or conferences.

Accommodation
Take full advantage of the tranquil atmosphere of Gladstone’s Library by staying overnight in one of our ensuite rooms. Our comfortable accommodation comprises 26 restful bedrooms (singles, twin and doubles).

Delicious Food
Our restaurant, Food for Thought, seats up to 40 people in a relaxing setting overlooking our grounds. We serve delicious homemade food made using locally sourced ingredients. Our conference packages enable delegates to enjoy a two course lunch of their choice from our daily menu with a choice of hot or cold dishes.
Choosing Gladstone’s Library as your venue offers the opportunity for relaxed dining away from your conference suite. Morning and afternoon refreshments can also will be served in your meeting room.
